The problem you're having is that you have the model wrong. It's not an SE 2700. It's an SE-270D (that last is a D as in DOG). All Brother manuals are located on their site so if this URL doesn't work for some reason just go to http://www.brother-usa.com/ then to "support" and under support "downlo…

Replacing cutting knife
i have broken my cutting knife on my machine and need to have this replaced. A new knife has been mailed to me but fitting it is a challenge. Any ideas?

horizontal lines in blue print.
We are printing test prints and the blue does not come out fully on the prints. When we try and print something horizontal lines are very apparent when the blue mixes in for a colour
