KEYBOARD

No keyboard definition or instruction was included with the computer purchase....why not? Nor did I find any reference in your "help" areas. I'd rather not push buttons randomly...can you supply information regarding the keyboard?

I, too, am still awaiting assistance with the keyboard keys. I posted many weeks ago, and still no response from
Acer or anyone else. Some special keys work; others do not. Frustrating and poor customer service from Acer.
