Document feed - she no move at all
The motor never goes on that turns the gears that cause the papers to be copied to be fed into the ADF. I have taken the ADF apart enough to see the trip switch move up and down into the sensor that turns the motor on (electric eye relay?). No matter how I fiddle, I cannot get the motor to go on. All the belts seem to be in place. Some time ago, the paper would feed part way and stop, but now - nothing. What to do? Can/should I order the motor and trip switch and replace both? I think I could do it easy. Please advise.
