    It's in German but the box is pretty simple. My DRH--5DS doesn't have switch on back. Only important thing is that this a 5 port box so if you use uplink port to connect to a router then you can't use port 1. you don't need a cross over cable to uplink. To connect use straight thru (ordinary) cat cables uplink to router, 2,3,4,5 to your devices.. hope this helps
