ViewSonic Sonicview 8000 HD

A-1 8PSK module

1- How I can install my A-1 8PSK module (instruction to do it).
2. How I can activate the close captioned.In my TV and in my receiver SV 8000 HD. \Both are "on".
3. I live in Puerto Rico and with thie SV 8000 HD receiver I can see locals channels/Caribbean (Transponer 7782 up) In my others receivers Sonic view 4000 and Captive Work 800 I don't have any problem. If I put the SV 4000 in the same TV that I had installed the SV 8000 HD and I can watch the local/caribbean without problem. What is my problem with my new SV HD 8000. Can you help me?
