Kodak Printer 5100

initial setup picture wont print.

opened the brand new box, followed YOUR instructions. Got to test picture, called Kodak Customer service. Basicilly there answer was to send me a New Print Head and both ink cartridges. Arrived today , installed new stuff. Went back to YOUR instructions. Pushed start, waited for test picture to appear, STILL WAITING. This 5100 needs to work, not be a paper weight.
