Kodak Printer 5100

ink lights not lit up

followed setup inst's but ink lights not lit.calib'n takes in paper, sounds like it's printing but produces blanks.I have checked both c'trges and they appear to be ok.What next?

    It goes throught all the motions but it all blank paper. what's up? Please let me know soon.
