Sony Desktop PC VGC-RB30C/G

Vaio Desktop will not Power ON

I shutdown my computer and about 8 hours later I attempted to turn it on. The computer will not turn on at all. No fan, no blue glowing Vaio logo, no green power light next to the power button, nothing. The only thing that is on is a small blinking green light next to the power cord on the back of the computer. There is also a smaller green light inside the computer flashing. All cords are firmly connected. The outlet has been checked with other electronics and works. I greatly appreciate any and all suggestions. Thank you in advanced.
