TP-Link Wireless Router TD-W8900G

Unable to access internet

My router is configured as it is said in manual, according to information provided by my ISP. And it worked fine in the beginning, but soon it stardet to have a problem to connect to internet very often. Usually, every time I turn on my PC, I need to reboot the router at first, to be able to access the internet and sometimes, it doesn't work, even after rebooting. The diagnostics window looks like ont he attached photo.
Is it something wrong with the configuration or something else caused the problem?
