Question about how! After much searching I foumnd out some information that might help it did for me.
Open you printer door-there is a small picture just over the printer door. Just under that is a small square opening. The round piece in that opening can be pushed back with a pen or some other small item. Push it back and press down on the cartridge. It will move if the color you want does not come up next do it again.
