Replacing Cover

Origional cover cracked at both hinges. Found and ordered a replacement part. Having issues with removing old. Can't figure out the hinge thing. Any help would be great. Getting ready to cross the country and am relying on this laptop.

    i'm doing this right now as mine completely broke a month ago, theres 3 screws the hold the lcd in place + theres 2 more screws the hold the lcd to the back cover.
