print quality
One of our users had a problem installing an imaging unit and knocked one of the rails that the unit mounts on out of position- I was able to put the rail back and install the imaging unit, but now the print seems misaligned as to the colors- when you look closely at the letters there is sort of a shadow image in a different color- to me it looks printhead alignment issues I've seen in other types of printers. Is there an adjustment for this type of thing on this printer, perhaps done thru the operator panel? Thanks
