We have a new Phaser 5500/DX printer. We would like everything that is sent to this printer to print from all paper trays and only use printer tray 6 which is the stacker lower tray. Our problem is that when I set the printer up to handle this, it works for a couple of print jobs and then reverts the print outs to the first printer tray. It doesn't seem to keep my printer setting and all of sudden just starts printing everything out of printer tray 1. I'm not sure what's going on and would like to know if anything like this has been experienced with this particular printer by anyone else. Also if there is something I can do to stop this from happening.
