Epson Printer Stylus CX6000 Series

e-02 change cartridge error

I've changed the cartridges. Once I did not receive the error or an insruction to bring for service. That time, all ink cartridges were fine (3 full, 1 3/4 full). Tried cleaning print heads because pink wasn't printing right in test. Now error again. 4th or 5th epson printer. Will be last if no help to fix this prblem. thank you.
