I have a refill kit. After filling up my black cartridge for the third time my printer continues to say there's no ink and won't allow me the option to print anyway. Finally after several attempts - a window comes up saying it's not installed correctly. Well... hell, why didn't you say that in the first place. Meanwhile I jimmied the thing a bit; removed it out and reinstalled a number of times.How do I format this thing soze it gets back to square one?
