Light Duty Select-O-Flow Horizontal Diverter - Product
Our Horizontal Light-Duty Select-O-Flow is used to divert products (bread, buns) from one conveyor line into
two or three juxtaposed (same horizontal plane) receiving lines. This type of diverter is used in application where
the switching is guided by conditions upstream and/or downstream the conveyor line (Up to 35 actions/min).
The switch consist of a conveyor made out of two (2) strands of roller chain (ASA 60), transversal rods (5/16”
diam.) on which the stainless steel slats slides from one side to the other. The switching is done by a metallic
finger pneumatically actuated which direct the slats into a guiding track.
• Standard configuration 1 in – 2 out and 1 in – 3, configuration specific to your
layout also available.
• Stand alone or system integrated unit.
• Stainless steel slide rods and stainless steel sliding slats.
• Anodized aluminum side frames, steel-it painted cross members
and zinc plated steel hardware.
• Switch is equipped with 1/4” FRL and high Cv pneumatic valves for
dependable high speed switching.
Medium Duty Select-O-Flow Horizontal Diverter - Product
Our Horizontal Medium-Duty Select-O-Flow is used to divert products (bread, buns) from one conveyor line
into two or three juxtaposed (same horizontal plane) receiving lines. This type of diverter is used in application
where the switching is guided by conditions upstream and/or downstream the conveyor line (Up to 35
actions/min).The switch consist of a conveyor made out of two (2) strands of roller chain (ASA 60), transversal
rods (1/2” diam.) on which the UHMW slats slides from one side to the other. The switching is done by a
metallic finger pneumatically actuated which direct the slats into a guiding track.

Heavy Duty Select-O-Flow Horizontal Diverter - Product
Our Horizontal Heavy-Duty Select-O-Flow is used to divert products (bread, buns) from one conveyor
line into two or three juxtaposed
(same horizontal plane) receiving lines. This type of diverter is used in
application when the switching is guided by conditions upstream and/or downstream the conveyor line
(Up to 55 actions/min). The switch consist in a conveyor made out of two (2) strands of roller chain
(ASA 60), transversal aluminum extruded profile (Dog Bone Shaped) on which the UHMW slats slides
from one side to the other. The switching is done by a metallic finger pneumatically actuated which
direct the slats into a guiding track. The switching mechanism is easily removable.
• Standard configuration 1 in – 2 out and 1 in – 3, configuration specific to your
layout also available.
• Stand alone or system integrated unit.
• Anodized aluminum extruded slide members (Dog Bone Shaped)
and UHMW slats.
• Anodized aluminum side frames, steel-it painted cross members
and zinc plated steel hardware.
• Switch is equipped with 1/4” FRL, high Cv pneumatic valves and quick exhaust
mufflers for dependable high speed switching.
