5-2 Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Use a small vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the carriage, platen, paper tractors, paper
out sensors, and printer throat. A dry, lint-free cloth may be used to clean accumulated dirt
from the carriage shafts and the platen.
