I just got my projector and the remote does not work.
Remove the protective film from the remote's battery compartment.
I do not have mouse control, but all the other remote functions work.
The S520 does not have remote mouse functions. The remote is for interacting with the projector itself.
My image is distorted and not projecting correctly.
Press the RESET key on the remote or keypad to allow the projector to re-sync to your computer.
My image is displayed, but there is a flicker on text and parts of the image.
Press MENU on the remote or projector. Then scroll down the menu and use the H PHASE option to adjust the image.
How can I check the amount of time used on my lamp?
Press either the RESET button on the projector, or the TIMER button on the remote for three seconds. The time will appear
on the bottom of the screen.
How can I reset the lamp timer, after I replace the lamp?
Press either the RESET button on the projector, or the TIMER button on the remote for three seconds. The time used will
appear on the bottom of the screen. Once the lamp time is displayed press either the MENU button on the remote, or the
RESET button on the projector. Then use the ARROW keys to highlight "0" and wait until the timer display is cleared.
