Connect one end of the supplied telephone line to the main
unit’s jack marked .

Connect the other end of the telephone line to your wall
telephone jack.
If you have installed the optional Dual-Line Upgrade Kit, you can connect
another telephone line to your machine. (See “Connecting Two Telephone Lines,”
on p. 2-29.)
