Menu Display
Line 1:
Displays the name of the menu or submenu.
Line 2:
Displays an item for selection. A right arrow (Æ) indicates that items
are available for selection on the same level. A down arrow (È)
indicates that items are available for selection at the next lower level.
Current Selection
Line 1:
Displays the name of the submenu.
Line 2:
Displays the item or value of the setting. A setting prefixed with an
equals sign (=) indicates the current selection. A right arrow (Æ)
indicates that items are available for selection on the same level.
Error Message Display
Line 1, Line 2:
Displays an error message if the printer requires attention, and the
printer stops printing. After correcting the problem, press the Online
button.
Line 2 only:
Displays error messages, but the print job can continue. In the Setup
Menu the printer can be set to not display error messages.
