2) Input Signal Level (RESET)
The input signal level is at TTL.
"HIGH" level : 2.4V MIN
"LOW" level : 0.4V MAX
3) Output Signal Level (FAULT, PE)
The output signal level is at TTL.
For TTL level
"HIGH" level : 2.4V MIN
"LOW" level : 0.4V MAX
6.5 Error Detection
• Communication Error
1) Parity Error In checking of odd/even parity based on parity checking assignment, when parity is
found nonconforming.
2) Framing Error In detection of stop bit when space state has been detected.
3) Overrun Error Regardless of data being held in receiving buffer register, when next data are
transmitted to the receiving buffer register.
On occurrence of the above mentioned error, the data concerned is converted into ' ' (7FH) which is
printed.
