Before you start installing the switch, verify that the package contains the
following:

⎯ This User's Manual in CD-ROM
⎯ AC Power Cord

items is missing or damaged.

The Web-Smart Switch, a standalone off-the-shelf switch, provides the
comprehensive features listed below for users to perform system network
administration and efficiently and securely serve your network.

• In 24 Port 10/100Base-TX + 2 Port Gigabit TP/SFP switch, it supports 2 Gigabit
dual media ports(TP/SFP) and 2 slots for removable SFP module supporting
1000M SFP fiber module
• In 24 Port 10/100Base-TX + 2 Port Gigabit TP/GBIC switch, it supports 2 Gigabit
dual media ports(TP/GBIC) and 2 slots for removable GBIC module supporting
1000M GBIC fiber module
• Supports on-line pluggable fiber transceiver modules
• Supports 256KB packet buffer and 128KB control memory
• Full-duplex flow control (IEEE802.3x) and half-duplex backpressure
