remedyandasthemanufacturer'sonlyobligation,Edimaxwillrepairorreplace
theproduct.
Edimaxmakesnootherwarrantyorrepresentation,expressed,impliedor
otherwise,regardingtheKVMSwitch,andspecificallydisclaims
anywarrantyformerchantability, quality,performanceorfitnessforany
particularpurpose.InnoeventshallEdimax'sliabilityexceedthepricepaid
fortheproductfromdirect,indirect,special,incidental,orconsequential
damageresultingfromtheuseoftheproduct,itsaccompanyingaccessories,or
itsdocumentation.
Edimaxreservestherightstoreviseorupdateitsproducts,accessoriesand
documentationwithoutobligationtonotifyanyindividualorentity.Forany
