Uninstalling and Reinstalling EPSON Scan
If you’ve tried every other solution and your system still doesn’t recognize your
scanner, try uninstalling and reinstalling the scanner software.
1. Turn off the scanner and disconnect it from the computer.
2. Double-click the Add or Remove Programs icon in the Windows Control
Panel.
3. Select EPSON Scan, and click the Change/Remove (or Add/Remove) button.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the software. If you see a message
prompting you to restart the computer, select Yes, I want to restart my
computer now
, and click Finish.
Follow the instructions on page 16 to reinstall your software.
