DVMRP Traps - Enabled or disable activation of DVMRP traps by selecting the corresponding line on
the pulldown entry field. The factory default is disabled.
OSPF Traps - Enabled or disable activation of OSPF traps by selecting the corresponding line on the
pulldown entry field. The factory default is disabled. This field can be configured only if the OSPF
admin mode is enabled.
PIM Traps - Enabled or disable activation of PIM traps by selecting the corresponding line on the
pulldown entry field. The factory default is disabled.
OSPFv3 Traps - Enabled or disable activation of OSPFv3 traps by selecting the corresponding line
on the pulldown entry field. The factory default is disabled. This field can be configured only if the
OSPFv3 admin mode is enabled.
Command Buttons
Submit - Sends the updated screen to the switch and causes the changes to take effect on the
switch. These changes will not be retained across a power cycle unless a save is performed.
11.2.12.2 Viewing Trap Log Page
This screen lists the entries in the trap log. The information can be retrieved as a file by using System
Utilities, Upload File from Switch.
Non-Configurable Data
Number of Traps since last reset - The number of traps that have occurred since the switch were
last reset.
Trap Log Capacity - The maximum number of traps stored in the log. If the number of traps exceeds
the capacity, the entries will overwrite the oldest entries.
Log - The sequence number of this trap.
System Up Time - The time at which this trap occurred, expressed in days, hours, minutes and
seconds since the last reboot of the switch.
Trap - Information identifying the trap.
