3 Close the LCD panel.
4 Disconnect your notebook from the optional port replicator (see
“Disconnecting from the port replicator” on page 264).
5 Turn your notebook over so that the bottom is facing up.
6 Slide and hold the bay module latch and press the bay module release
button. The module moves out slightly.
7 Slide the bay module out.
Important If the remove hardware icon does not appear on the
taskbar, click the show hidden icons button.
