1. Check System Error Log for additional information.

3. Remove all PCI adapters from slots 1-6.
4. Replace failing PCI adapter.

1. Check PS1, PS2, and PS3 LEDs and take the actions for those
indicators.

1. Ambient temperature must be within normal operating specifications.
