Press Fn+F2 to conrm whether the LCD screen has been turned off.

The screen is unreadable or distorted.
Make sure that:
The display device driver is installed correctly.
The screen resolution and color quality are correctly set.
The monitor type is correct.
Incorrect characters are displayed on the screen.
Did you install the operating system or application program correctly? If they are installed and congured
correctly, have the computer serviced.
When I turn on the computer, nothing is displayed on the screen and the computer does not beep
while starting up.
Make sure that:
The battery is installed correctly.
The ac power adapter is connected to the computer and the power cord is plugged into a working
electrical outlet.
The computer is turned on. (Press the power button again for conrmation.)
If these items are correctly set, and the screen remains blank, have the computer serviced.
When I turn on the computer, only a white cursor is displayed on a blank screen.
Restore backed-up les to your Windows environment or the entire contents of your hard disk drive to
the original factory contents using the OneKey Recovery Pro program. If you still see only the cursor on
the screen, have the computer serviced.
My screen goes blank while the computer is on.
