underTCPcanbecomeproblematic.AnnexEallowsendpointsto
performcallsignaling
functionsundertheUDPprotocol,whichinvolvessubstantiallystreamlinedoverhead
(thisfeatureshouldnotbeusedonthepublicInternetduetopotentialproblemswith
securityandbandwidthusage).
