prong standard AC outlet. The

you’re ready to use the sockets.

OWNER’S MANUAL
Please read carefully before using
this equipment.
If the light is not illuminated, this indicates that
there is a possible problem with the AC outlet
that the unit is connected to, such as bad
ground, missed ground, or reversed wiring.
User is advised to disconnect all electrical
equipment from the outlet. You will need to
contact an electrician to have this problem
corrected. If the light was on, but has
suddenly gone out, the ground has sustained
damage. Discontinue use immediately and
contact technical support as directed by the
warranty instructions.
Solution
Condition
The GROUND INDICATOR (red LED) does
not light.
The surge protector's AC line is no longer
protected from surges; replace the surge
protector. The surge protector may have
received a power surge or spike beyond its
specified limits that might overload the
protection circuitry and make it inactive.
If this happened, the surge protector should
have absorbed enough of the surge to protect
the connected equipment, but it will not
protect against future surges and spikes.
