To prevent battery drain during shipping,
your calculator is shipped with an insulation
strip that you must remove before use. To
remove the strip, firmly grasp its end and
gently pull it out. The calculator sounds a
long beep and

Open the cover. To set the calculator to
sound a tone each time you press a key,

set automatically, based on your home time
zone.
