Documents

Press the
MEM. STATUS
key (flip
up the Rapid Key overlay) and the
3
key.
RX STATUS will appear in the
display.
Substitute Reception to Memory
If the fax machine runs out of paper, toner, or the paper jams,
incoming documents will be automatically stored in memory.
When you have received a document in memory, FAX RCVD IN
MEMORY will appear in the display, alternating with NO PAPER,
REPLACE TONER, or PAPER JAM. When you add paper, replace
the toner cartridge, or clear the jam, the stored documents will
automatically print out.
You can display information on the documents received to memory by
following these steps:

Press the
#
key or the
*
key to scroll
through the list of received
documents. The name (or number) of
the sender of each document will
successively appear in the display.

When you have finished checking the
list, press the
STOP
key twice to
return to the date and time display.
