SDM40-D500
The SDM40-D500 is a 16:9 aspect ratio, low-reflection and wide viewing angles large screen 40" monitor, suitable for control rooms,
briefing and training rooms, teleconference, boardrooms, surveillance, commercial applications, hotel lobbies and visual messaging
information points.
Image quality
Featuring the latest TFT panel technology, the SDM40-D500 combines state-of-the-art technology and stylish compact design. The
SDM40-D500 is a professional high definition display - burn-in free- designed to deliver bright and high contrast images, excellent colorimetry
and gray level rendering. With a brightness of 600 cd/m2, this monitor delivers sharp vivid pictures even in direct sunlight conditions. The
variety of different available analog and DVI inputs allows the SDM40-D500 to be effectively used both for graphic data and video imaging
display.
Reliability
Long-life backlight (60.000 hours) ensures reliable operation in continuous applications. Low heat dissipation decreases chances of
component failure.
Easy Installation
With a reduced depth of 10,2cm and a lightweight (45Kg), the SDM40-D500 is easy to install while its sleek profile is ideal for presti-
gious environments. The image alignment is easily controlled electronically via remote control handset, which allows you to perfectly
adapt the image on the screen.
Versatile Image Control
DVI inputs provide digital quality for a professional connectivity. In a chain of monitors, DVI loop-through allows feeding from the same
source for a distributed visualization system.
The internal image processing and resizing capabilities of the SDM40-D500 can be effectively exploited to display different source
image resolutions from VGA to UXGA. Besides IR remote control, the continuous monitoring and control of the videowall operating para-
meters during operations is achieved through a serial protocol-based control software via RS485/232 connection. For display opera-
tions, the SDM40-D500 can easily be connected to an external image controller for multiple input windows managing. The default adju-
stments can be stored in specific memory locations that can be easily accessed by the user.
Maintenance
The SDM40-D500 has been designed with special attention in minimize maintenance operations. Dust removal is the only routine
operation to be easily done from time to time.
