IMPORTANT! Make sure "Fit to page" is NOT selected in the
Adobe Acrobat dialog box when printing. If it is checked the
template will not be printed to the correct scale.
Cut on dotted line. Tape Part 2 on top of Part 1 at Alignment Mark.
Tip: Tape the ends to the keyboard and then place a long piece of
3/4" clear tape to hold the template down and protect it.
