Connecting a printer using the printer connector
To connect a printer using the printer connector, proceed as follows:
1 Plug the printer power cord (1) into an AC outlet.
2 Plug the printer cable (2) supplied with your printer into the printer connector (3) on the computer or the (optional) port
replicator*.
* Depending on your model. See the printed Specifications sheet for more information.

Turn off your computer and the printer, unplug the AC adapter and the power cord before connecting the printer.
