The PORTEGE A100 is an ultra thin and lightweight PC realizing cable-less environment on
a table by wireless function with a Mobile Intel Pentium M processor realizing high
performance.
θ Microprocessor
Mobile Intel Pentium Processor-M
A 1.40GHz Mobile Intel Pentium M with a 1.40GHz internal clock, 400MHz bus and
1.484V core operation.
θ Cache memory
The Mobile Intel Pentium M processor has 32KB primary cache and 1MB secondary
cache (in CPU).
θ Memory
Two memory slots are equipped.
Memory module can be installed up to 1GB (1,024MB). Memory modules of 256MB
and 512MB sizes are available.
θ VRAM
16MB VRAM UMA.
The VRAM can be extended by DVMT (Dynamic Video Memory Technology).
θ HDD
Built-in 2.5-inch x 9.5mm height, 40GB or 60GB HDD
θ USB FDD (Optional)
An external two-mode 3.5-inch FDD, which connects with a USB port, supports
720KB and 1.44MB formats and enables booting from system FD.

temperature poly-silicon TFT color display. A Video controller is included in North
