4.6 Keyboard
Removing the keyboard
The following describes the procedure for removing the keyboard (See Figure 4-9 and 4-10).
CAUTION: As the keytop may fall out, when handling the keyboard always hold it by the
frame and do not touch the keytop.
1. Insert your finger into the slot between the keyboard holder and computer. Then lift
up the keyboard holder while unlatching.
2. Remove the following screw.
M2.5×4B FLAT BIND screw ×2
3. Lift the upper side of the keyboard while releasing the latch and turn it face down on
the palm rest.
