I know longer have a dedicated line for our fax, so I set the machine to manual, and hit 25 on the phone when a fax came in but it did not transmit the fax. Did I need to hit the pound key after 25 ? Thanks for any suggestions.

I have the printer networked from my server running Windows 7 to a wired and two wireless workstations running Win 7 and Win XP respectively.

While the printer works OK from the wired workstation it doesn't on the two wireless workstations.

I have installed and configured the Win Xp drivers on the server and although the printer shows active and default on the Windows XP units, when trying to print a document on them it reports a communication error and hangs.

Appreciate any advice for a fix

Sounds like it wants to print, then the Resume button blinks and a E shows in a box. Above the box it says Black and below the box it says Color, to the right of the box it says Start Copy. Can anyone give me clue as to how to fix this???

In re the subject, I am having trouble with my HP 42125xi fax machine. Previously, I was able to send fax mail at ease. Now, the machine accepts the documents, dials the number to the other fax machine, then continually registers the other fax machine as busy. On several times, I have phone the company where the other fax machine is located and they have reported that their fax machine is not busy, but ready to accept fax mail...What can I do?
