margins...

i'm having problems setting the monitoe so i can see the entire page some web site i visit i can't click on certin button because the slide at the bottom does not let me get ovet thst far or the slide bar to go up & dowen does not go down far enough ! HELP IM MONITOR CHALLANGED!
