Question About Acer Laptop 5650
cd rom not recognised anymore...

my acer aspire 5650 does not recognise the cdrom anymore. I might have deleted a program by chance that recognises the cd rom. Can I reinstall this without rebooting the whole pc? Where can I find this program or find out what I need? Thank you, An
