I'm only a teenager, and I can't understand all these numbers on the boxes, and my mom is no better. I don't know if that's the number, but i couldn't find it on the list. I lost my manual and i'm SO MAD because my mom keeps telling me to search for it but it's not anywhere! But i need help with my battery! I have Vista Home Premium and the battery keeps saying "not recognised" or something with a big X over it. I looked for help, and it said to let the battery die out and re-charge it again, but it keeps doing this over and over. I just bought my laptop at christmas, and it shouldn't be doing this! Help? it looks really similar to the one in the picture.
