0 I WENT TO BEST BUY FOR THE VERY SAME PROBLEM AND THEY SAID THAT ALL OF THE MATERIAL U NEED IS IN THE ACER ASSIST IN THE PROGRAM LIST. HAVEN'T TRIED IT YET. GOOD LUCK.
