the size on my screen when i open my emails is way...

the size on my screen when i open my emails is way to big. i can't even see the whole thing. how do i fix this? why can't i find the model of my laptop on the listings so i can download a manual. i have model 5733z. don't you make this model anymore? i just ought it.
