0 We were finally able to get the PC up and running, but the owners manual is scant and exists only on the hard drive of the PC itself. Called Acer customer support and got nowhere, although the Acer customer support contact promised to try and get a copy of the manual posted to the Acer customer support website. It may be there now - we didn't follow-up. Try URL - www.acer.panam.com
