The display resolution on the monitor goes down every time I change users or restart the computer; I suspect a corrupt BIOS; I've tried almost everything else; Have any Idea ? Thanks

0 ATI has (in the past) been notorious for screwy graphics drivers, although I still believe they're top dog in the video manufacturing world (PS3 and X-Box 360 both use ATI components) their drivers can sometimes be slightly bugged-particularly Radeon series cards. I'd suggest removing video drivers and reinstalling new ones, go to ATI's website and see if there's newer drivers available, if that fails you can check inside the BIOS and see if you can manually set the RAM, Shadowing, etc for video.
