Good afternoon, I am Karl Bremer and I am writing to you in hope of some assistance with my switches. I currently can't login using the "admin" and "password" default settings to configure the switches. I watch it come up in the hyper terminal window, and and it diplays "login: login". When I type admin and hit return, it says that there was an error and that I am unable to login. What steps should I take in resolving this? Thank you for your time.
