we have a Smart UPS RT8000 and it appears not to be charging the battery. The lights for thebattery is down to one blinking light as opposed to 5 solid green lights. We swapped out the batteries and we thing this could be an issue with the actual UPS. Have you heard of this problem and is there a way to repair it. My email is erik.egeland1@us.army.mil.
