I had a power outage. The computer quickly shut down. I tried to turn the computer back on but it made noises as if there was not enough power. The APC back-up has been user for only 6 months. I am using an APC surge protector. All peripherals go through the surge protector connected to a wall outlet. Is that my problem. The surge protector and APC backup should be individually connected to a wall outlet. Thank you for your assistance. Edward. ps. My new postal zip is 44022.
