4 Had the same issue but finally found my CD. Heres the Unlock Copied and pasted from the manual. OSD Lock Function: To lock the OSD, press and hold the Left button while the monitor is off and then press power button to turn the monitor on. To un-lock the OSD - press and hold the Left button while the monitor is off and then press power button to turn the monitor on. Hope that helps.

4 I had to hold the left button and hit the power button at the same time.

4 Hey you Press the Left bottom on the Monitor and while holding it press the off bottom and Turn it on and if it doesnt work do it like this: press left bootom on monitor turn off and Back On holding the Left bottom then click on the menu on the monitor and change the setting is on where it says just click on reset.
