How do I access the HDJ1 jumper Behind the HDMI/DVI port?...

From the factory the default HDJ1 jumper setting is set to pin 2-3 which enables DVI output. HDJ1 jumper must be set to pin 1-2 for HDMI output, which is what I prefer. How do I access the HDJ1 jumper Behind the HDMI/DVI port?
